Hello, my name is John. I'm a 40 year-old Network Administrator, and I also run a popular fitness web site and forum.

I live in the Orlando area with my wife Lisa and our two dogs, Loki and Turtle.

Aside from computers and networking, I am into physical fitness, home theater, DVDs, guns, poker, animals and guitar.

Here's my searchable DVD collection (and other assorted DVD and movie related stuff). The database backend is powered by MySQL running on a Linux server. HTTP content is served by Apache, and I programmed the high-level search stuff in PHP.

Here's my body transformation and fitness web site. It's updated daily, and is an ongoing account of how I changed my life forever simply by eating right, lifting weights and exercising. You can do it too.

Lisa and I sold our old home and had a new house built. We didn't move far, we're still in Central Florida. We just wanted something bigger and in a nicer neighborhood. We closed on the house in late December, and we moved over the next three days. The move may have only taken a few days, but it took months to get settled in. We're pretty much done with all that now, and are finally able to relax and enjoy our new home. Here are some pictures of the new house, inside and out. I'm still working on the dedicated home theater room and the bonus room, so they are not pictured here.
